This project is a stylized game-ready sword based on a concept by ZUGZUG studio . I followed a complete 3D asset pipeline, starting from high poly modeling, low poly retopology, UV unwrapping, baking, and texturing. The final asset includes base color, normal, ambient occlusion, and emissive maps, and is optimized for real-time use with a polycount of 3798 tris. The sword features glowing emissive runes and exaggerated forms, emphasizing a fantasy and slightly demonic aesthetic. I focused on clean topology, detail-preserving bakes, and hand-painted style texturing to stay faithful to the original concept while making it game-engine ready.
